Surya Jala Talenta strives to source the ideal people for the vacancies our clients have. When considering candidates for a position, we always take into account their motivation and career aspirations, as well as their skills and experience.

Your job vacancies will be advertised on job boards, candidates will be interviewed in depth by Our Team and only relevant candidates forwarded to you. We listen to your requirements and then meet them; it is our business to understand your business.

We aim to provide you with the right people without you having to spend time going through a large number of CVs. Your time is as important to us as our own. We use the following method to recruit our candidates:

A. Candidate sourcing from:

  1. Recommendation and existing database of interviewed candidates.
  2. Online advertising and trade press publication.
  3. Partnership with Hospitality Training Centers, Colleges and nationwide Job Board Institutions.
  4. Headhunting.

B. Candidate Screening

  1. Candidates are pre-screened including an in-depth interview using a mix of interviewing techniques including competency based interviewing; interviews are adapted to your requirements that the candidate is a good match both in skills and personality. We strive to reference check all candidates and verify information on CV’s.
  2. Before submitting a candidate for a vacancy, we will have spoken to them about your company and the position.
  3. It’s our client decision whether to do final interview with our client or proceed directly for deployment process.
